Julie Spahn Miller is the founder and managing member of Spahn Law Firm, PLLC and focuses her practice exclusively on immigration and nationality law. She was born in Daegu, South Korea and immigrated to the United States as an infant. Julie Spahn Miller is a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients, and is dedicated to helping others navigate complex U.S. immigration laws to achieve their immigration goals. She regularly represents clients in removal defense proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Administrative Appeals Office. Mrs. Spahn Miller is fluent in Spanish having lived and studied abroad in Guanajuato, Mexico and Salamanca, Spain.
